Refund Policy
Because our biscuits are perishable and handcrafted in small batches, the following policy applies.
All Sales Are Final
All orders are final once placed. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo if applicable. When appropriate, we may offer a replacement or refund.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, inaccurate shipping information, or carrier errors. We are happy to assist with next steps when possible.
