Yes. Alongside our core biscuit collection, we occasionally offer seasonal flavors inspired by the time of year. These are made in small batches and available for a limited time, allowing us to work thoughtfully with seasonality while keeping our focus on quality and care.
Biscuits are baked in small batches on designated bake days. Please allow 3 -5 days for order processing. Shipping timelines are shared clearly at checkout so you know what to expect.

Shipping options and availability are listed at checkout. Our perishable orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS Monday through Wednesday. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Local pickup may be offered within a designated pickup area when available. Details, including location and timing, will be shared at checkout or by announcement.
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control. The Biscuit Revival is not responsible for delays or issues caused by carriers, weather events, natural disasters, labor disruptions, inaccurate shipping information provided at checkout, or carrier errors such as mis-scans or lost packages. While we cannot control these circumstances, we’re always happy to assist however we can and help you navigate next steps with the carrier if an issue arises.

We do not add preservatives. Our biscuits are meant to be enjoyed fresh and handled with care.
Yes. Our biscuits contain common allergens such as wheat and dairy, and may include eggs or nuts depending on the variety.
Yes. Our kitchen handles ingredients that include dairy, wheat, eggs, and nuts. We are unable to guarantee that any product is free from allergens.

Our biscuits are completely baked, then frozen prior to shipment to maintain freshness. They may arrive cool to the touch, which is normal. Simple reheating instructions are included with every order so you can enjoy them at their best.
Freezing after baking allows us to ship safely while preserving the texture and flavor of each biscuit.
Frozen gel packs are included to help maintain temperature during transit. It’s normal for gel packs to thaw during shipping. Even if thawed, your biscuits are still safe to enjoy—they are fully baked prior to freezing and shipment, and thawing does not affect their quality or safety.
Our biscuits are made without preservatives and are best enjoyed fresh. They can be refrigerated for several days, or frozen for up to 18 months to extend enjoyment.
Yes. Each package is clearly labeled with a best by date to help you enjoy your biscuits at their best.
Adjust oven rack to center position and preheat your oven to 400℉.
Remove biscuits from plastic packaging and wrap biscuits in a single layer with foil.
Bake approximately 15-20 minutes (if frozen) or 9-12 minutes (if thawed) - oven times may vary. Open foil to expose tops of biscuits and bake for an additional 2-4 minutes.
Brush tops of biscuits with melted butter if desired.
Best served warm.
No. Our biscuits are meant to be enjoyed at your own pace. You may enjoy what you’d like and return the remaining biscuits to the freezer for later, following the storage guidance provided.
They’re made for unhurried moments, not one-time occasions.
Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns. Refunds or replacements may be offered for damaged or incorrect items that were received as an error on our part. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
All orders are final once placed. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges. This allows us to plan our bake schedule carefully and ensure each batch is made with intention and care.
No. The Biscuit Revival is a food business. While the values of care and intention are influenced by the founder’s background in mental health, our biscuits are food—meant to be enjoyed as part of everyday life.
No claims are made beyond taste and quality. Our biscuits are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.
