About  the Biscuit Revival

ROOTED IN SIMPLER THINGS

Baking has always been a quiet ritual for me—a way to slow down and be present. After years spent caring for others as a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I found comfort in simple ingredients and steady hands.

The Biscuit Revival grew from that place.

Rooted here in Nebraska, The Biscuit Revival is a small-batch bakery specializing in handcrafted biscuits and rustic scones, thoughtfully made with simple ingredients and a whole lot of care.

CATHLEEN HANDKE, FOUNDER

More Than Biscuits,
a Revival.

At The Biscuit Revival, the revival is about more than biscuits. It’s about reviving the simple things we sometimes forget—the comfort of gathering around the table, slowing down long enough to enjoy one another, and sharing food made with care.

We believe some of life’s best moments happen around a table. They happen over warm biscuits passed from hand to hand, conversations that linger a little longer, laughter over coffee, and the simple pleasure of being present with the people we love.

That’s what we hope to bring back.

Handcrafted  with Care.

Our biscuits are thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches, with familiar flavors, beautiful ingredients, and a little unexpected twist.

Alongside them, you’ll find our rustic scones—handcrafted with the same care and filled with thoughtfully chosen fruits, chocolate, cheeses, herbs, and other beautiful ingredients. With their golden edges, tender centers, and naturally handmade character, they’re comforting, generous, and beautifully imperfect.

Made for Moments
that Matter.

Whether it’s a warm biscuit at breakfast, a rustic scone shared over coffee, or a box opened around a table with people you love, our hope is that what we bake gives you a reason to slow down, sit awhile, and enjoy the moment.

Because in a world that constantly asks us to move faster, we believe there is still something meaningful about slowing down.

Gather around. Stay awhile. Enjoy each other.

That's the revival.
