POLICIES + DISCLOSURES

1. Ordering, Pickup + Shipping Policy

1.1 Pre-order model

The Biscuit Revival LLC is primarily a pre-order bakery. Available dates, ordering deadlines, quantities, and product options are displayed for each release. Orders received after a deadline may be declined or moved to a later date at our discretion.

1.2 Pickup in Norfolk, Nebraska

Pickup is available only at the location and during the time window stated in the order confirmation. Please arrive within that window and provide the order name or confirmation. For safety and privacy, do not arrive early, outside the confirmed window, or at an address not provided for that order.

1.3 Late and unclaimed orders

If you expect to be late, contact us as soon as possible. We may offer another pickup time when scheduling and food safety allow, but rescheduling is not guaranteed. An order that is not collected within the confirmed window and has not been rescheduled may be treated as abandoned. Because the products were made for the customer, abandoned orders are not refundable. We will not leave food unattended unless expressly arranged, and any approved unattended pickup is at the customer’s risk after placement.

1.4 Nebraska shipping

Eligible shelf-stable baked goods may be shipped within Nebraska by U.S. mail or a commercial carrier. The Biscuit Revival LLC does not make or sell cottage foods that require time or temperature control for safety. Shipping eligibility is shown for each product and may change based on ingredients, weather, carrier conditions, and applicable law.

1.5 No out-of-state shipping

The Biscuit Revival LLC does not accept orders for shipment outside Nebraska. Checkout and shipping availability are limited to eligible Nebraska addresses. Any out-of-state shipping order submitted because of a website or checkout error will be canceled and refunded.

1.6 Shipping dates and transit

Any shipment or arrival date is an estimate, not a guarantee. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, service disruptions, and other events outside our control may affect delivery. We are responsible for tendering the properly addressed package to the carrier; the customer is responsible for monitoring tracking and arranging prompt receipt. A carrier delay alone does not create an automatic right to a refund.

1.7 Addresses, returned packages, and rerouting

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct deliverable address, including apartment or unit number. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Once a label is created or the package is transferred to the carrier, changes may be unavailable. Additional charges for correction, rerouting, return, or reshipment caused by customer-provided information are the customer’s responsibility. Perishable or food products returned by a carrier will not be resold.

1.8 Loss or damage

Report a missing, damaged, or materially compromised package through the website promptly and no later than 48 hours after the carrier marks it delivered. Include the order number, a description, photographs of the product and all packaging, and any carrier notice. Keep all packaging while the claim is reviewed. We may replace the affected item, issue store credit, provide a partial or full refund, or assist with a carrier claim, depending on the circumstances. Minor breakage, crumbs, shifting, or handmade variation that does not materially affect quality is not considered damage.

1.9 Risk after delivery

Responsibility for the order passes to the customer when the carrier records delivery at the address provided, or when the order is collected at pickup. We are not responsible for theft, animals, weather exposure, delay in opening the package, or improper storage after delivery.

2. Refund + Cancellation Policy

2.1 Made-to-order products

Our baked goods are perishable and commonly made specifically for each pre-order. For that reason, all sales are final except as stated in this policy or required by law.

2.2 Customer cancellations

A customer may request cancellation before the ordering deadline shown for the applicable release. If approved before ingredients are committed or production begins, we may issue a refund to the original payment method, less any nonrefundable payment-processing charge that the law allows us to retain. After the deadline or once production has begun, cancellations, reductions, and date changes are not guaranteed and generally are not refundable.

2.4 Business cancellation

If we cannot fulfill a paid order because of illness, emergency, unsafe conditions, ingredient unavailability, equipment failure, or another operational issue, we will offer a refund for the unfulfilled portion or, with the customer’s agreement, a replacement date or store credit.

2.5 Quality concerns and incorrect orders

If an order is incorrect or has a material quality or safety problem, contact us within 24 hours of pickup or recorded delivery. Include the order number, a clear description, and photographs when relevant. Keep the product and packaging until we respond. If we verify the concern, the available remedy may be replacement, store credit, or a partial or full refund. Personal taste preferences, failure to review ingredients or allergens, improper handling, and expected handmade variation are not product defects.

2.6 Refund timing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers control posting time, so the credit may take several business days to appear. Shipping charges are refundable only when we approve the refund or applicable law requires it.

3. Food, Allergy, Ingredient + Safety Policy

IMPORTANT ALLERGEN NOTICE

Products are prepared in a cottage kitchen where wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, and other allergens may be present. Shared equipment, utensils, storage areas, and preparation surfaces are used. We cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens or cross-contact.

3.1 Review before ordering

Ingredient and allergen information is provided in product descriptions or on packaging when applicable. Recipes and supplier formulations may change. Customers with an allergy, intolerance, celiac disease, dietary restriction, or other medical concern should contact us before ordering and should not rely on a product name, photograph, or informal message as a complete ingredient statement.

3.2 No allergen-free guarantee

Unless explicitly stated in a product-specific written confirmation, we do not operate a dedicated allergen-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, egg-free, soy-free, or sesame-free facility. A product described as being made “without” a particular ingredient may still be exposed through shared equipment, airborne flour, supplier facilities, or other cross-contact.

3.3 Ingredient substitutions

We may substitute a commercially equivalent ingredient or brand when needed. We will not knowingly make a substitution that changes a declared major allergen without updating the applicable information, but customers with serious allergies should confirm current ingredients before each purchase.

3.4 Customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for communicating relevant allergy information before ordering, reviewing the label upon receipt, following storage and reheating instructions, and deciding whether a product is suitable. Products should be kept away from anyone for whom an ingredient or possible cross-contact presents a risk.

3.5 Storage and reheating

Follow the product-specific storage and reheating directions supplied with the order. Refrigerate or freeze promptly when instructed. Reheating times vary by appliance; heat carefully and allow the product to cool to a safe eating temperature. Discard food that has been stored improperly, left outside safe conditions, or shows signs of spoilage or contamination.

4. Nebraska Cottage Food Disclosure

This food was prepared in a kitchen that is not subject to regulation and inspection by a regulatory authority and may contain allergens.

The Biscuit Revival LLC operates as a registered Nebraska cottage food producer. Cottage food products are prepared in a private-home kitchen rather than a routinely inspected commercial food establishment. This disclosure applies to cottage food items sold through this website, by pickup, by eligible delivery or shipment, and through related advertising.

4.1 Direct-to-consumer sales

Cottage food products are sold directly to the end consumer. They are not offered for wholesale, resale by restaurants or retail stores, or catering unless The Biscuit Revival LLC separately obtains all approvals required for that activity.

4.2 Delivery limits

The Biscuit Revival LLC offers only cottage foods that do not require time or temperature control for safety. Eligible shelf-stable baked goods may be sent by U.S. mail or a commercial delivery service only to Nebraska addresses. We do not produce or sell cottage foods requiring time or temperature control for safety.

5. 211 Cold Brew Ready-to-Drink Coffee Policy

When offered, 211 Coldbrew ready-to-drink coffee is a separately packaged beverage and is not represented as a cottage-baked product made by The Biscuit Revival LLC unless the product listing expressly states otherwise. The manufacturer’s sealed label, ingredient statement, allergen information, nutrition information, storage directions, expiration or best-by date, and warnings control for that beverage.

5.1 Availability and sale conditions

Coffee availability may be limited by stock, manufacturer requirements, refrigeration needs, distribution rights, and applicable law. 211 Coldbrew is available for local pickup only and is not shipped. The pickup option displayed and confirmed for the item controls.

5.2 Handling

Customers must follow the temperature, refrigeration, use-by, and handling directions on the original package. Do not consume a beverage with a broken seal, swollen or leaking container, unusual odor or appearance, expired date, or evidence of temperature abuse. Report a compromised package promptly and retain the item and packaging while the concern is reviewed.

5.3 Caffeine notice

Ready-to-drink coffee contains caffeine unless clearly labeled otherwise. Customers should review the package and consult an appropriate healthcare professional if they have questions about caffeine, pregnancy, medications, heart conditions, sleep, or other health concerns. The Biscuit Revival LLC does not provide medical advice.

5.4 Brand ownership

Product names, logos, and trademarks associated with 211 Coldbrew belong to their respective owner. Offering the product does not transfer any ownership or imply an affiliation beyond an authorized sales relationship, if applicable.

6. Email, Reviews + Customer Content Policy

6.1 Service and marketing messages

By placing an order, you agree to receive transactional communications reasonably needed to fulfill and support it. Promotional email is optional and may be stopped using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from promotions does not stop necessary order or account messages.

6.2 Reviews, photographs, and submissions

If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, photograph, tag, or other content for public use, you confirm that you created it or have permission to share it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s privacy or rights. You grant The Biscuit Revival LLC a nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to display, reproduce, and share that content for business and marketing purposes, with attribution when appropriate. You may ask us to stop future use, although prior printed materials and completed publications may not be retractable.

6.3 Prohibited content

Do not submit content that is unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or that reveals another person’s private information. We may remove or decline to publish content at our discretion, but we are not obligated to monitor every submission.
